Unburdening the Heart: Cacao Ceremony & Festive Solace | Grounded Girls Gathering Join us at Brew Coffee Bar (Easthampstead Works) as December arrives with its fast pace and busy schedules. This intimate evening offers a sanctuary of calm—a dedicated space to slow down, shed the weight of holiday expectations, and reconnect with what truly matters to you this season. December can easily feel overwhelming as we navigate social commitments, family dynamics, and endless to-do lists. In this 2-hour seated and mat-based gathering, we will share a sacred, organic ceremonial cacao ritual to gently awaken the heart space and invite deep emotional relaxation. Paired with restorative breathwork, you will be guided through somatic exercises designed to melt away stress stored in the chest and shoulders. Through guided reflection and boundary-focused journaling, you will discover how to unburden holiday pressures, honor your capacity, and protect your energy with grace. We close our circle with warm herbal drinks and open, supportive connection (or purchase your favourite evening brew directly from the coffee shop). Leave feeling emotionally lighter, deeply centered, and equipped with clear, heart-aligned boundaries for a peaceful festive season. Includes a free digital "Festive Solace & Boundary Integration" handbook. Event Details Date: December 6th Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM (Please arrive 10 mins early) Investment: £35 Capacity: 10 spaces (intimate circle format) Venue: Brew Coffee Bar, Easthampstead Works What to bring: Comfortable warm layers, a cozy blanket, a water bottle, and a journal Ritual Included: All ceremonial-grade cacao and ritual elements provided. Cancellation Policy: Tickets are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Booking & Cancellation Policy Because our gatherings are kept intentionally small to create an intimate space (capped strictly at 6 spaces), each ticket represents a dedicated spot in our circle. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking: 1. Payment & Confirmation Full payment of £30.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with all venue details and preparation tips. 2. Cancellations & Transfers More than 48 hours’ notice: If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice before the event start time, you can transfer your ticket to a future Grounded Girls Gathering session (subject to availability) or request a full refund. Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable, as we are unable to fill the space on short notice. 3. Gifting Your Space If you cannot attend at the last minute, you are welcome to pass your ticket to a friend. Please send a quick message beforehand with their name and email address so we know who to welcome. 4. Arrival Times Gatherings run from 18:30 to 20:30. Doors open at 18:20. To protect the calm space and gentle practices of the group, doors close at 18:35 and late entry is not permitted. 5. Circle Agreement (Safe Space Honor Code) By attending, you agree to uphold our sacred group agreement: Confidentiality: What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Non-Judgment: We hold space without giving unsolicited advice, judging, or trying to fix anyone. Come As You Are: Sharing is completely optional. Listening is fully honored. Respect: We listen mindfully and allow everyone the time and space to speak. 6. Host Cancellations If a gathering must be canceled or rescheduled by the host, you will receive the option of a full refund or a transfer to the next available date.
