From Burnt out to breakthrough...
Hi, I’m Kelly, Certified Health Coach and founder of Wellkell.
My passion for health and wellbeing began when my own body reached breaking point in 2018. What followed were more than three years of being on and off bedbound, trying to understand what was happening to both my body and mind.
But my story started long before that.
As a child, I was often unwell with colds, ear infections, and stomach bugs. I did not realise at the time that frequent antibiotics were weakening my immune system. By my teenage years, I was experiencing daily bloating, migraines, mouth ulcers, fatigue, and painful periods. I was told this was normal, but something inside me knew it was not.
In my early twenties, I was diagnosed with IBS, Endometriosis, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety. By the age of 26, I was taking ten different medications. Then in 2018, I unexpectedly needed heart valve repair surgery. The operation went well, but my recovery did not. Instead of healing, I slipped into years of exhaustion and depression and could barely get out of bed.
More diagnoses followed including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, POTS, and Fibromyalgia. Resting was not helping, and for the first time, I realised I needed to take responsibility for my own healing.
In the tiny pockets of energy I had, I researched everything I could.
I studied medical research, nutrition, nervous system healing, movement, mindset, trauma, and spirituality. I listened to podcasts, read obsessively, and became my own advocate.
I set small, achievable goals.
I moved my body gently.
I rebuilt my gut health.
I connected deeply with my mind, my emotions, and my intuition.
Slowly, I began to heal. Not in a straight line, but in a way that taught me patience, compassion, and self-trust.
This journey did not just change me.
It awakened me.
Through my recovery, I rediscovered myself, not who I used to be but someone entirely new.
Someone who

• embraces spirituality
• finds joy in meditation, painting, cooking, and walking in nature
• loves yoga, reading, creativity, and self-care
• trusts her intuition and psychic medium abilities
• chooses healing every single day
Healing taught me that it is not about going back. It is about becoming someone stronger, wiser, and more connected.
Over time, I learned to respect my limits and support myself with gentleness. I found joy in creativity, movement, and stillness. These discoveries led me to train as a Health Coach so I could help others find their way back to themselves too.
Today, I support people through one to one coaching, my membership programme, and woodland wellbeing walks. I meet everyone with compassion, understanding, and a belief in their potential.

WHAT IS A COACH?
A health coach is a guide who supports you in improving your wellbeing in a realistic and sustainable way. Coaching is not about quick fixes or strict rules. It is about understanding your body, your lifestyle, and your goals, then helping you create habits that truly support your health.
A health coach provides education, encouragement, accountability, and a safe space to explore what you need in order to feel better. Together, we focus on the areas that matter most to you, such as energy, gut health, stress, sleep, movement, mindset, and emotional wellbeing.
You stay in control. My role is to support, guide, and empower you to make changes that actually work for your life.
