About Wellkell

Hi, I'm Kelly the owner of Wellkell Coaching.


My passion for health began when my own health hit rock bottom in 2018. I spent over three years on and off being bedbound, trying to make sense of what was happening to my body and mind.

As a child, I was often unwell. Colds, ear infections, and stomach bugs were a regular part of my life, and strangely, it always seemed to happen around my birthdays. Without realising the impact of frequent antibiotic use, my immune system became weaker over time.

In my teenage years, I began to experience ongoing bloating, fatigue, mouth ulcers, and painful periods. My body was clearly trying to tell me something, but I was told it was “normal.” Deep down, I knew it wasn’t.

In my early twenties, I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), Endometriosis, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety. By the age of 26, I was taking ten different medications to manage my symptoms. Then, in 2018, I suddenly required emergency surgery for a heart valve repair. The surgery was successful, but my recovery was not. What should have been a few months of rest turned into years of exhaustion and depression. I could barely get out of bed.

In 2019, I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, POTS, and Fibromyalgia. Doctors told me to rest, but after years of doing so with no improvement, I knew I had to take my health into my own hands.

Whenever I had even a little energy, I used it to learn. I read medical research, listened to podcasts, and explored everything I could about exercise, mindset, and nutrition. I set small, manageable goals and slowly began moving my body again. I discovered spirituality, embraced whole foods that healed my gut and improved my mental wellbeing, and started to rebuild both my body and my confidence.

This journey sparked something inside me; a passion for health and wellbeing that soon became my purpose. I trained and qualified as a Health Coach so I could help others find their own path to healing and vitality.

I have become a new version of myself, someone who honours and listens to her body. Through my recovery, I found joy in meditation, cooking, painting, hiking, reading, yoga, self-love, and even discovered my psychic medium abilities. I learned that healing is not about returning to who you were before, but about becoming someone stronger, wiser, and more connected.

Helping others is more than just my passion; it is my purpose. I support people on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves through my membership programme, one-to-one coaching, and woodland wellbeing walks.
