You can now easily book, manage, and stay on top of all your appointments, events, and workshops in one place. This system is designed to make your wellbeing journey simple, flexible, and stress-free.

What you can do here

  • Change or cancel your bookings anytime

Getting started (important)

 

To book and manage your sessions, you’ll need to become a member.

You can do this by clicking the menu at the top of the screen:

  • Tap the profile circle icon that says login 

  • Sign up with google, Facebook or google.

 

Once the account has been created, tap the Book Online page and get booking.

Booking regularly?

 

If you’re attending sessions weekly, I recommend using the Wix Spaces/Fit app for the best experience.

It makes managing your bookings even quicker and more convenient, all from your phone.

  3. Select a date and time that suits you

  4. Confirm your booking
