Cancellation Policy
Oracle Card Reading Terms & Conditions: Oracle card readings are offered by Wellkell Coaching as 1:1 sessions and are typically 40 minutes in duration, unless otherwise stated. Sessions may take place online via Zoom, phone, or in person. Appointment Details: Please ensure you are available and ready at your scheduled time. Late arrival may result in reduced session time. Online & Phone Readings: For Zoom sessions, a link will be sent prior to your appointment. For phone readings, you will be contacted at the agreed time. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available and have a suitable environment. Wellkell Coaching is not responsible for any technical or connection issues on the client’s side. In-Person Readings: In-person readings take place at the Wellkell address (postcode GU47). The full address will be provided after booking. For safety reasons, only the individual who has booked the session is permitted to attend. No additional guests are allowed. If more than one person arrives, entry will be refused and the reading will be cancelled without refund. Recording Policy: Audio (voice) recording is permitted for personal use only. Video recording is strictly not permitted. Disclaimer: All oracle readings are intended for spiritual insight, personal reflection, and entertainment purposes only. Respect & Conduct: Any inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behaviour will result in the session being ended without refund. Confidentiality: All sessions are private and confidential. Recordings must not be shared publicly without permission. Limitation of Liability: Wellkell Coaching accepts no liability for any decisions or actions taken following a reading.
