Wellkell Mediumship Readings – Booking Policy 1. Purpose and Disclaimer All Wellkell Mediumship Readings are offered for entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance or treatment. 2. Eligibility Clients must be 18 years or older to book a reading. By making a booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement and understand the nature of the service. 3. Payment and Booking Confirmation Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a session for a full refund. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or missed appointments are non-refundable. 5. Refunds Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy above. No refunds will be provided after a session has taken place. 6. Conduct and Respect All sessions are conducted with respect and sensitivity. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in the session being terminated without refund. 7. Confidentiality All information shared during a reading is treated as confidential. However, readings are not recorded unless you are informed and have given consent. 8. Agreement By booking a Wellkell Mediumship Reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy and Disclaimer.
