Gathering Warmth: Scent, Meditation & Candle Craft | Grounded Girls Gathering Join us at Brew Coffee Bar (Easthampstead Works) as November arrives, bringing cooler air and longer nights. This evening is dedicated to slowing down, releasing tension held in the body, and creating a tangible piece of warmth to carry home with you. As winter approaches, our bodies naturally tighten against the cold, holding stress in our shoulders, chest, and neck. In this gentle 2-hour seated circle, we will begin with targeted somatic upper-body releases to unwind physical tightness, paired with calming breath work to settle your nervous system. Guided by intuitive scent and crystal journaling, you will then explore how different aromatics and gemstones resonate with your energy. Using your reflections, you will hand-craft your own custom soy candle—infusing pure natural wax with chosen essential oils and crystals. As your candle sets, we will sink into a deeply comforting guided meditation centered on inner warmth and emotional resilience. We close our circle with warm herbal tea and open connection (or purchase your favourite evening brew directly from the coffee shop). Leave with a beautiful, hand-poured candle to light during dark winter evenings at home, or to give as a thoughtful, heart-filled holiday gift. Includes a free digital "GGG Nervous system" handbook. Cancellation Policy: Tickets are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Booking & Cancellation Policy Because our gatherings are kept intentionally small to create an intimate space (capped strictly at 6 spaces), each ticket represents a dedicated spot in our circle. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking: 1. Payment & Confirmation Full payment of £30.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with all venue details and preparation tips. 2. Cancellations & Transfers More than 48 hours’ notice: If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice before the event start time, you can transfer your ticket to a future Grounded Girls Gathering session (subject to availability) or request a full refund. Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable, as we are unable to fill the space on short notice. 3. Gifting Your Space If you cannot attend at the last minute, you are welcome to pass your ticket to a friend. Please send a quick message beforehand with their name and email address so we know who to welcome. 4. Arrival Times Gatherings run from 18:30 to 20:30. Doors open at 18:20. To protect the calm space and gentle practices of the group, doors close at 18:35 and late entry is not permitted. 5. Circle Agreement (Safe Space Honor Code) By attending, you agree to uphold our sacred group agreement: Confidentiality: What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Non-Judgment: We hold space without giving unsolicited advice, judging, or trying to fix anyone. Come As You Are: Sharing is completely optional. Listening is fully honored. Respect: We listen mindfully and allow everyone the time and space to speak. 6. Host Cancellations If a gathering must be canceled or rescheduled by the host, you will receive the option of a full refund or a transfer to the next available date.
