Cuppa & Catch Up – Weekly Social Meet Up
Join us for a relaxed and friendly weekly cuppa and catch up, created especially for women living with fatigue and low mood.
This is a gentle, pressure free space to connect with others who understand, enjoy a hot drink, and spend an hour simply being. There is no expectation to share more than you feel comfortable with. You are welcome just as you are.
Whether you are feeling isolated, low on energy, or would benefit from some calm social connection, this meet up offers a supportive environment to rest, chat, and feel less alone.
