Guided by Kelly at Wellkell Coaching, these walks are designed to support wellbeing through movement, fresh air, and connection. There is no pressure to walk fast or talk if you don’t want to. It is simply a safe and welcoming space to enjoy nature, meet like minded women, and take time for yourself.

Spending time in woodland environments has been shown to support mental and physical wellbeing. These walks are perfect if you are looking to reduce stress, improve your mood, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
